Measure actual electrical demand before deciding how to expand.
Your facility. Your next step.
Work with our team to discuss your equipment, operating conditions and project requirements.
Understand the work
Before investing in an expensive electrical service upgrade, Re-Gen Electrical can monitor your facility’s actual electrical demand. Our temporary monitoring equipment records electrical usage and operating conditions over time, helping identify peak demand, available capacity, voltage concerns, phase imbalance and other potential issues.
Temporary electrical monitoring
Are you adding machinery, investigating trips or evaluating a possible service upgrade? The purpose helps define the measurements and monitoring period.
Temporary 72-hour or extended electrical monitoring records conditions while the facility follows its operating schedule.
Discuss recorded demand and potential concerns alongside the proposed equipment and existing electrical system.
The recorded period must be suitable for the purpose of the study. Seasonal loads, infrequent equipment use and applicable project requirements may call for longer monitoring or additional records.
Good questions. Straight answers.
No. A 72-hour study can help with diagnostics, while some capacity evaluations or approval processes require a longer period or other demand records. We establish the scope and duration for the specific facility and project.
It provides evidence for the decision; it does not guarantee spare capacity. Recorded demand must be considered alongside equipment ratings, planned loads and applicable project requirements.
Monitoring is intended to capture actual operating conditions. Access, installation and any necessary interruptions are planned with your team.
